MokaFive's support goal is to provide prompt and accurate responses to technical questions, emphasizing problem resolution and customer education. As part of customer education, MokaFive™ believes in empowering its users via a suite of self-help tools, which includes easy to access product embedded help. For our professional account users we also provide the MokaFive™ Support Center.

MokaFive Support Center

The MokaFive™ Support Center allows Professional Account users to submit, update, and track support cases 24 hours a day. The support center also provides access to the solutions portal which has answers to many of your product questions.

VPAT™—Voluntary Product Accessibility Template®

The purpose of the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template®, or VPAT™, is to assist Federal contracting officials and other buyers in making preliminary assessments regarding the availability of commercial "Electronic and Information Technology" products and services with features that support accessibility.
